My Perspective: Stefani-Claire
I’m an experienced trainer and facilitator with a background in outreach and education across multiple government departments and heritage institutions. My career began as a nature interpreter and museum educator, and has evolved to include work in natural, cultural, and historical education—always grounded in a passion for connecting people with knowledge and each other.
As a transgender woman who began living authentically in middle age, my personal journey has deeply shaped my professional path. I’m a parent of four amazing children, aged 15 to 25, and one of five siblings myself. Navigating my own transition, along with the emotional impacts it has had on those closest to me, has strengthened my empathy, resilience, and commitment to inclusion.
Through managing my mental health, adapting to diverse work environments, and building new networks of support, research, and 2SLGBTQ+ allies, I’ve grown into an advocate for equity and understanding. I’m also a proud moderator of the Transliving International Facebook group, where I help foster community for others on their own journeys.
At the heart of my work is a desire to reach others with compassion and clarity—promoting awareness, fostering understanding, and inspiring action toward a more inclusive and equitable world.

Her Perspective: Kimberlee-Anne
I’m an experienced facilitator and instructional designer with over 20 years of experience in public relations and adult education. My work is driven by lived experience and a strong commitment to equity and inclusion.
I received the King Charles III Coronation Medal for active community involvement and promoting inclusion. As the spouse of a transgender woman, I have personal insight into gender transition’s impact on relationships, families and workplaces—deepening my empathy and dedication to creating safe, inclusive environments for learning
As a proud mother, animal lover, and nurturer, I bring warmth, honesty, and authenticity to my work. Energized by connecting with others, I thrive in fostering open dialogue and meaningful communication.
